They really work.
We use these all the time for our cleaning business and they really do work. Particularly good with the extendable handle. Saves a lot of time and don't have to use polish.

Not packed at all
The product is fine but the packaging was unacceptable. Just was not packaged, the box was wet and open. Was only labelled on the top of the product soft box.

Only 1 pack received!!
Again it has happened, to me this time that when expecting 5 packs of 4 pieces I've only received 1 pack of 4 pieces. Legally the item is advertised as 5 packs of 4 pieces. Where are my other 4 packs??? This needs to be resolved.

Received only one pack of 4 instead of 5! Box was battered and had someone else’s address on it who probably also returned it due to inaccurate description and missing boxes!AVOID

Fraudulent - advertised as 4x per box, pack of 5 (20 total) - but you only get 4.
Fraudulent and deceptive advertising. Highlighted and sold as 'pack of 5 (5x4 pieces) and box clearly shows each box contains 4 dusters. Order this, and receive 1 box.
