Calo wipe optical glasses spectacle lens cleaning wipes by calotherm

Excellent Product, Great Value. Works Well.

Arrived quickly and as I had ordered 2 packs they had been packed side by side so they fitted through my letterbox so the packer was using his pr her brain. Each pack has a peel off / restick down area to get a wipe out.A hint -. if the peel off film gets a bit less sticky wrap a small piece of cling film around the packet to stop the wipes drying out.These are bigger than the ones bought at Sainsbury's or other places and the "wetness" seems to last a bit longer.I managed to clean two pairs of mucky spectacle lens and a not too bad tablet screen with one wipe before it started to "dry". Decided to use another wipe on two clean but fingerprinted marked 8.9" screens and finally used up the rest of the wipes power on my Laptop screen. Gave all the screens a polish quite soon afterwards with a lens cloth and as the wipe had removed any "stuff" the cloth didn't get dirty.Great items.

Not at all impressed. They leave my glasses wet and smeary. I'll be sticking with the Calo Spray and Cleaning Cloth in future.

I have ultra-clear glasses, so if they're not perfectly clear, they irritate me and I don't like wearing them. I expected these wipes to clean my glasses to a good standard, but they disappointed me. First of all, they are unnecessarily large, but I understand that this may be because they can clean other stuff too. secondly, while you're wiping them, it looks like they're adding a tremendous amount of grease to them, but this disappears once they've dried. Lastly, the final result left my glasses cloudy rather than clear, so I felt like I had wasted my money. However, they do clean my MacBook screen to an acceptable standard, which is what brought the star rating up to a 3.

Not used them as of yet but I am aware of the quality of the calotherm products and they are up there with the best.

Unlike the excellent Calocoat spray, these are a bit hopeless. They leave glasses more smeary than before using them.

Absolutely fantastic. I use these on my cycling glasses and not only do they do a superb job of cleaning but the anti-fog coating works better than the glasses manufacturer's original.

Only a few were use-able. The rest were completely dried out despite resealing.
