Nice size...not too big & not too small. Heat up quickly but duration is more like 10 minutes...not 20.

I was replacing a previous product like this from a different manufacturer. The cloth holding the beads wore out and had a hole. This product is better constructed, and I love how it provides a moist heat to help sore muscles.
