I love to cook and have always broken previous peper mills I have purchased. I have brought a variety of mills over the years and then purchased this little beauty. As a chef I find its performance brilliant. The burr is stainless steel and has a large circumference so mills peper really well from very fine to course at the turn of the dial at bottom of barrell. This is by far the best peper mill I have used and will not go back to any other type. It will last ages, its solid and heavy and smoothly grinds the pepercorns. I would highly recommend this mill, may be pricey but definitely worth every penny. A great gift for a cook too. Love it.

Really well built grinder , all aluminium body , steel burrs and sealed ball bearings , grinds pepper 10x better than my pugeot that deconstructed itself recently . Seems way better built , really nice packaging and from what I can tell very close ,some might even say "copy" of a £200 pepper cannon at less than a 1/4 of the price. time will tell how long it will last but looking at the construction I can see anything to go wrong and better made than my pugeot that I had for 7 years , do yourself a favour and buy one

Top quality grinder for quarter the price of the pro one, best pepper grinder I’ve used.

I bought this to replace an old mill which had some plastic parts which wore away over time. This is leagues better quality. It feels and is really durable and can do a much finer grind adjustment. It also outputs a lot more pepper with each turn. The refill mechanism is much better too. A fantastic product and I got it for a great price too.

Be very careful that you don't overdo the pepper when you use this grinder as it's in a different league to 99% of the rest on the market. Properly engineered with bearings top and bottom and a large stainless steel burr grinder with several times larger surface area. This is every bit as good as the one my wealthy friends were showing off about that cost over twice as much! I think it may be a direct copy, but it's a very well manufactured copy!

This is the best pepper mill I’ve ever had. Easy to fill, clean and use. Easy to change the grade of the pepper

The media could not be loaded. The mill works really well with its steel blade and adjustable grinding. Although it is nice and heavy but the top cap keeps coming off, which it shouldn't as we have spilt the peppercorn a number of times and I can not seem to fix it.

I have to tell you, being a cook I’ve wanted quality S & P mills for a long time. I just couldn’t justify blowing $200 on ONE mill. Well kids, this is probably the best salt mill I’ve ever held in my hands. I literally (just three minutes ago) took it AND it’s peppermill counterpart out of their cartons and filled it with the sea salt I brought home from Baja Sur, Mexico. I’ve tried the various setting for grind size and they’re better than I’d hoped. It’s got great heft. The balance is superb. It’s grinding ability and capacity are just terrific. Best 80 bucks I’ve spent in a long time. I look forward to using these bad boys for years to come.If you’re wanting a great mill but, like me, the thought of dropping 400 bucks for a S&P mill set makes your head spin…then these White Rhino mills are what you should consider. Great value and incredible performance

Great output and after 3 months burrs seem durable

I was hesitant about spending such a large amount of money for a pepper grinder but happy I did. The grind is consistent, there is no need to shake the grinder or deal with very little pepper being produced. The mill has different settings so it will produce a very fine grind for savory cooking up to a coarse grind for Montreal style steaks. The pepper mill is very well made, very durable. It should last for decades.
