I have very small wrists and this bracelet is too small/tight

It's a very pretty bracelet. However.. the circle piece that holds the bone shaped piece is too big. It fell off 3x. Fortunately at home. The last time I wore it it fell off without me noticing and it's now gone. The closure is not designed right. Poor value for the money since it's now lost.
