Terra Wash + Mg Eco Laundry Sachet - Detergent Substitute - Reusable for 365 Washes !

This product cleans really dirty clothes and leaves no scent or residue at all. It's pricey as a one time expense but ends up being economical compared to buying laundry detergent. I'm glad I found this product cause I find chemical detergents harsh but also don't trust organic ones to be strong enough and this one doesn't use detergent at all, the magnesium thins the water so it permeates the fibers of clothes and washes away filth. I've only used it with hot water so I can't speak to its effectiveness on other temperature settings.

I don’t normally write Amazon reviews, but I was so impressed by terra wash + Mg, that I felt compelled to encourage others to use it. I’ve made a little New Years pact with myself to try to cut down on household waste and find waste-less solutions to household tasks.While the Terra wash + mg is pricey for something I was unsure of, the online reviews coupled with the thought of how much money I spend on my “eco friendly” detergent/how much waste and energy it takes to transport said detergent, drove me to take the plunge.I dropped the packet in with a load of laundry, without any soap, and my laundry is cleaner and fresher smelling (not the perfume-y smell from detergent, just the smell of clean clothes) than it EVER was. This even works with stinky socks and undershirts, though if you have a heavily soiled load, you might want to supplement with some detergent. If you use detergent with this product, you can reduce the amount of detergent that you use to just a small fraction of what you’d normally use, and this sachet makes that detergent super-effective... but the amazing thing about skipping the traditional detergent altogether and just using the Mg packet, is that you don’t even have to use a rinse cycle, thereby cutting your water use in half!I’ve now done 15 loads of laundry with this thing, it seriously works, just as it claims it does and has exceeded all my expectations. I cannot praise it enough.

We have used TerraWash+MG for almost two years now. The product meets our expectations, no laundry detergent scent. Clothes come out odor free and clean. We usually soak clothes with the sachet for thirty minutes before wash. This product is very effective with non-stain and/or slightly stained clothes. For stubborn stains, we treat items with stain remover before wash. We highly recommend this product since it is environmentally friendly and less expensive than regular detergent.

As much as I like to use this, its giving me skin allergies. I tried for a month and eversince I'm getting rashes. It must be just me.

I saw this on a NHK Cable Channel new product review and I had to try it. It works but you need to use the "soak" function to get the best results. My washer has a super long soak cycle and I haven't used it too much but it does work if you have time time to let the clothes soak.

I am not convinced that this works as well as detergent. It does not clean very dirty or smelly clothes, so I think it is not any better than washing with just water. I have a high-efficiency front-loading washing machine, so I can't say if the Terra Wash + Mg would work better in a conventional top-loading washing machine, where the sachet would be more fully immersed in the water.

I started using this product about 2 weeks ago, and today I saw for myself just how well it works. Earlier this year I bought two sets of white towels that I have been using regularly in rotation with other towels. Both sets of white towels have been washed several times, and today I washed a set with this laundry sachet. When I put the folded towel on the shelf beside the other one, the difference was noticeable. The clean towel that I had never washed this way was visibly dingy in comparison. I'm a believer!
