I like that they don't smell cause they use low/no VOC components. Perfect for a floating carpet tile floor. They easily come off within a few hours of placement, but then tighten their grip in a few hours for a more permanent hold. That way if you make a mistake, you can easily correct it before it gets too sticky.

Expensive, but worth the extra money

The good part is that the carpet tiles stick together. The so-so part is that it doesn't stick to the floor.

I'm not sure why these knock-offs cost so much more than the original FLOR Tile Dots that you can buy from the FLOR.com site where you can get a dozen for 5 bucks and they actually work.

I bought these tile adhesive squares. They don’t work well. Perhaps it’s that they are single sided adhesives, a fact that doesn’t make sense. So the carpet tiles and area rug don’t stick. A complete waste of money.
