These are quite helpful after having had my gall bladder removed. Important to know that you should take them prior to a large meal. Especially a meal that may have fatty foods, sauces, dressings and desserts! You can still have a gall bladder attack if you aren’t careful about the volume and content of what you eat.

For CYA purposes they say to take it like a supplement once a day but that’s not how the gallbladder works. I take one at the beginning of every meal. Without it I wouldn’t be able to do ketosis.

These worked great for me. They not only work as a preventive but have pulled me out of several bad gall bladder flare ups. I keep some around now just in case and taje a couple immediately if i feel like i might have a flare up. I didn't have any side effects from taking more than recommended during a severe flare up.
