The phone works great, however the description said Excellent condition, and it did have a couple little scratches on it, on the back. I think it should have been rated very good with minor scratches, or imperfections. Other than that I am pleased with the phone. It came in a plain white cardboard box. It was packaged well.

Well better than expected, andddd came in early than expected!

This phone arrived super fast and is like new with screen protector and accessories. You'd never know it's a renewed product, very, very impressed. Can't beat the price either!

This is my 2nd time ordering this phone! I really have no complaints!

So, I received my phone yesterday and I am already thinking about sending it back. The battery life seems unsatisfactory for playing games. I have not had the time to chat on it just yet, but I am pretty sure the battery will not meet my expectations. I also have a hard time texting on it, although that could be due to the type of case I bought, but either way, this phone is not meeting my expectations. I am thinking about sending it back already.

The battery won't last 12 hrs. Even when you don't use the phone. It drops anything I attach with Bluetooth or it goes in and out so you can't stream anything.

Phone is not as described. It's not 4g!
