Though I am returning this hand vac, I think it deserves a 5-star rating for it's very clever design, and it seems to work well. The canister and body design are sleek and ergonomic. Nice job! My one criticism would be that if you need to use more pressure when cleaning things (like pushing more into a cushioned surface to suck up pet hair), the way the handle is doesn't give you ideal leverage....but, not hugely significant. The suction seems good, but for vacuuming up lots of per hair that is smashed into cushions, it seemed like the brushes or teeth on the attachments were doing more of the air removal than the suction was. Overall, though, good suction...but, for my needs, it just wasn't the best fit. Beautiful tool and handy for most household quick cleaning....way better than the Red Devil or Dustbuster tools that I have tried.

Love this little vacuum. I wanted something that I could carry around the house and spot clean and also get baseboards, stairs, and under my kid’s high chair after meals. It’s been working great so far. Pretty long battery life and a good set of attachments.We don't have pets, so I’m not sure how it would do with pet hair. But the suction and dust pickup are good for my purposes.It says to not allow kids to use it, but my 3 year old loves to use it after dinner to clean under the table. It’s a good size and she loves seeing all the crumbs get sucked up 😆

*UPDATE* Original review at the end.Amazon, while normally having very decent customer service, asked if I wanted to send it back to get a replacement or accept a "merchandise credit" of $15 that could only be used on "Sold and Shipped by Amazon" products. Not to be too nit-picky, but if it's Amazon's fault that I got sent a used product, why am I having to be sure to go through the trouble of boxing it up and shipping it back before they will send me a replacement. The amazon rep was friendly and helpful and understood my stance. They recommended contact Brigii directly. I seldom have had a better customer service experience. Brigii noted that me getting sent a used product was likely an issue from an amazon warehouse getting a return and shipping it back out, but still offered to send me a new one free of charge to make amends. I can't praise them enough for how painless that was and how helpful they were and they earned three stars in my review just for that.For the actual review, now that I have a vacuum I am finally able to use: it's a very decent product for a "small," rechargeable vacuum. I had purchased it with the intent of vacuuming dust from my desk, keyboard, behind my monitors and it does a decent job of that, albeit not spectacular; but my workspace is also asking a lot. Take this vacuum and use it on open, flat areas, I can imagine it does its job well especially with the "turbo" mode. Trying to use the brush to get between the keys on my keyboard or behind my monitors and it's fine... no miracle worker, but it gets me about 80% there.Bottom line is this: customer service in this day and age is everything. The vacuum works well, but Brigii's handling of the issue of me receiving a used one can't be understated. I've updated my review to 4 stars after using the new vacuum, if I was reviewing Brigii themselves it would be five.*Original Review*I purchased the H5 and I apologize this review won't be helpful to most as it doesn't have much information regarding the performance of the vacuum, but I can't leave a good review for buying a "new" product and receiving a used one. The housing of the vacuum itself show various scratches and scuffs. The box itself had clearly been opened and after seeing the contents, the dust-bin portion of the vacuum was very dirty and smelled like it might have even been used in a smoker's home. The box was also missing the charging cable.

we've had this for seven months. it got mid-light use. we have a german shepherd, but we only used it for the stairs and once in a while for a countertop mess. for the first three months it worked well, and we were very happy. even planned to get another one to keep upstairs.it increasingly stopped taking a charge about four months ago. we thought maybe the problem was the filters, or the charging cable, so we adjusted them both and let it charge on our counter. after a while we realized that no one had used it in a long time, because it was so dysfunctional everyone had gone back to using the big vacuum even for smaller messes.now it only works for a couple of seconds at a time. absolute waste of money.buy a brand name.

I like it, but when I put it on the second speed, the battery drains very quickly, so I have to use it only on the first speed and it doesn't have much suction.

Just got it in the mail and it is very legit! I got it for small messes in my car to avoid lugging a larger vacuum down to my car just to clean something. Not meant for larger areas or whole home cleaning but if you’re looking for a quick clean up gadget this is a good match! Not to mention a great price tag!
