my mother recommended i try taking these to help with multiple joint pains and arthritis. these are a great product with many different supplements wrapped up in one tablet. the tablets are quite big, but so far, i have not had any problems swallowing them. these do kind of have a smell to them, but the odor is not a bad one. i like that they don't make me belch like some other supplements have done in the past. i have high hopes that this product helps with my joint pain and arthritis. the price of these is great when you factor in the price you would pay for each of these items individually. i would definitely tell anyone looking for this type of product to give it a try; hopefully it works for you.

I switched to these to try to combine supplements and not take as many individual vitamins. These are far easier to swallow than multiple pills and contains much of what I was taking individually so definitely a savings to have all together. Plus taking together enhancements the ability or functionality of each thing. The ingredients are a Combination of 1500mg Glucosamine, 600mg MSM, 400mg Chondroitin, 50mg Turmeric Extract, 50mg Boswellia Serrata, Collagen, and Hyaluronic Acid. These are all at the levels I previously took so now I have everything that works in synergy in one pill and a thirty day supply. My confidence in quality is in a lab that has been doing this for 22 years. Happy joints equals happy days for me.
