Q: Does it increase energy levels?

I didn’t personally like the taste of it so I only used it a few times and I wouldn’t say it improved my energy levels

Q: Can someone give me prep tips. I put 2 scoops in to the USN shaker, filled it with water to near the top. Shook well. It's all lumpy and watery.

I only put one scoop into 200ml of milk in a measuring jug and hand whisk it until smooth. I have an extra drink a day by doing it this way. I found that 2 scoops in 300ml was too thick and lumpy.I am a sixty-six year old female.
