Great for the boat
Installed this on the boat and being an android base with the google play store I now I have all the marine apps maps and anchor alarm installed on this. The stereo sounds great wired it in to the existing system. Also looks amazing in the cabin area

Tried to use in a Motorhome.
The display cannot be mounted high enough to be seen by the driver in my motorhome. Installer charged me over $800 to install and we still have the driver side cam not working. Screen cuts to cam video on turn signal activation. Does not return to navigation and camera settings to allow for viewing rear camera while driving. Very distracting because you have to change the options each time you use the turn signal. Stopping the turn signal video cut out would be helpful, but no one can with instructions to make this happen. Very dissatisfied. 1. need an adapter to mount higher and tilt. 2. Need instructions to change program to stop turn signal cams.

Worked better then expected
The media could not be loaded. I installed in my motorhome and works better then I expected.. i have Navigation/ 4 cameras/plays music on the suround sound unit in motorhome/the hdmi ran to the tv network so now passengers can check the nav and cameras or what ever I have on the screen/wifi thru out the couch with sim card hooked up/ I gave them a 4 star because I am having a dvr green screen issue that I hoping will be resolved soon I just wish the tire monitoring would do 6 tires

2nd Unit works great
After getting the first unit in used conditions (sold as new) they were quick to ship a new unit overnight, easy install, great response time and sound quality. It's my 4th Joying product all together and this is by far the best but still not perfect.

The screen does not work. I bought two versions of this product.
I bought two of this model, the 15in, single din and double din.I verified my installation:Ground(Negative)Positive(12v)-The screen turns on(with no backlight), shows the logo and then goes to the main menu. Then it shuts off.I verified with precision that it was not my vehicle returning incorrect voltage as well. I have a bench power supply, I set it to 12V and connected it.I tried to contact their support using a Chinese phone number and add them on Wechat, no response. (My wife is Chinese and has a Chinese phone number)

Sound quality is very poor
I’m trying a few systems out. By far the sound quality makes u think there’s something wrong.I had to down load a 3rd party ap to adjust the amplifier better now but base is poor. Still getting a lot of distortionThere enough features to keep trying it. Before returning it Records dvr front and back cam. Processor is quick and memory are twice as much as the other competitors I changed the launcher due to how out dated and generic it looks

Another product from Joying, but my favorite feature is their customer service
This is my second Joying unit and I have loved both of them. My first was an OEM unit for my old Rav4. I loved that unit and it worked amazing, however I got in a bad car accident and all was lost in that car. When I bought my new car, a nissan rogue,I just couldnt go back to a stock head unit. I decided this time to go with a universal unit from Joying so that it wasnt car specific. I reached out to joying to get my car specific harness to make installation nice and easy (highly recommend this). Since it was my first universal unit, I had a TON of questions and trouble shooting. Customer service is wonderful. I assume they are based in China but would respond to my emails within 24 hours. I will continue to buy from Joying, not just because of the quality of their head units, but because of their incredible customer service as well. Highly recommend!
