I recently purchased the lawfery Water Fountain for my fur babies and it has been a fantastic addition to our home. I bought this for my friend's cats because I was concerned about the film of slime that kept developing in his existing plastic Catit brand fountains. The stainless steel definitely seems to resist slime for a much longer time, and that's what I was going for. Additionally, it's easy to clean, and the the filters are much less expensive than the filters for the Catit fountains. The filters also seem to stay cleaner and last longer than the filters for the Catit fountains.I also like the thoughtful design and look of the fountain. It looks sleek and aerates the water well. The filter seemed to be working well as I saw hair that it filtered out of the rest of the water. The window for checking the water level is a nice touch. The fountain creates a quiet water trickling sound that I do not find too loud or distracting/annoying at all, and I'm sensitive to that. I actually find the noise pleasant and soothing.The quality of the material is good so far, although not enough time has elapsed to evaluate if the grade of stainless steel used will resist rust in the long term.The only negative thing I can say about this fountain is that on the style that I bought (Elliptical with Window), the opening on the top is just large enough for water-seeking ladybugs to get into the fountain and get trapped in there. I have no idea if this opening is different on other styles or what other type of bugs might get trapped. Unless you are planning to keep this fountain outside or have an issue with ladybugs in your house, though, I doubt you'll see this problem.

We have 3 cats here. I notice advantages immediately. This fountain features a much larger reservoir so it is more convenient due to the longer duration between refills. Additionally - the water is cleaner and this is much easier to clean than our previous plastic fountain. Plus its quiet and the water stream seems robust and consistent. I recommend this fountain.

This water fountain works well. We have 3 picky cats and this is a must. I like the setting for the filter, easy to change and compact, and that it is all stainless.

I've loved other Cat Wonder fountains for my water-play-loving Bengal so I was excited to try this one out with a bigger stainless steel water basin. It has stood up great so far! It's so easy to refill in between cleanings and because it's stainless steel, I can really see it standing the test of time better than plastic! The only adjustment I wish was made is a way to fasten the lid down. My cat plays in his water and I'm so afraid he's going to accidentally catch his claw on the chord and pull the whole lid off. He hasn't so far, so maybe it'll be okay. Otherwise, it's been great!

This Lawfery fountain is the third we've used and it's the best so far by a mile. The 2 previous fountains were mostly plastic, hard to clean and a little noisy. The cats liked them ok but they have always gotten their water from various sources around the house as well. This fountain is all metal except for the pump, it's super easy to clean and the T spout simulates drinking out of a faucet so of course all 3 of our cats love it. It comes with extra filters and sponges and doesn't leak anywhere. The pump is silent and the window is illuminated with a nice blue light so it's really easy to tell when it needs to be refilled.These are a great choice, especially for the price and the quality build. I would expect this to work without issues for a long time and we've never had one of the other brands we've used last for more than a year. We expect this one to last for a long time so that really makes the low price a bonus. Lawfery has also reached out to us checking to see if everything is going well and that kind of service and interaction with the company is rare these days. Pretty great so far! It has a large capacity which is nice because I have 4 Maine Coons and they drink water like it's their job. Cleaning is super easy which is a huge plus because other fountains I've had have lots of tiny spots that can be difficult to clean. Motor seems to be able to handle the job just fine. It's quiet as well, I have the little spout attached and even with that it's not making any splashing sounds or anything. I will say I wish the window and light was designed differently because it can be hard to tell from a distance what the water level is. So I do have to come right up to it and bend a little to see where it's at. Other than that I have no complaints!

Everything I was looking for in a water fountain for my one cat.All the pros - stainless steel, silent ,water functionality is smooth, *large* amount of water space, cheap filter replacements that only need replacement every monthHaven’t used long enough to determine the motor life but I have full confidence this motor will last me longer than my previous water fountains since you can easily give it a deep clean by opening it up. A nice clean every two weeks and ensuring the water doesn’t run out, should keep the motor running just fine. Highly recommend. I do warn that the lid is easily moveable so if you have any curious critters, I would just be aware!
