Superb Quality
This is my second journal from this company and will continue to buy more. I live that the pages are thick enough I can easily use my felt pens. Pages lay flat. Has 2 ribbons so I can section off the journal for different things. The elastic strap does not stretch out and the pen holder works well and never have lost a pen. Has a cute pocket in the back that comes with some sticky tabs which are great for more organization of all my ideas and writings. I loved both the yellow and now this taupe color. So beautiful!!

Amazing quality for the price!
I was truly blown away by the quality of this journal – the other positive reviews don't lie!! I purchased it originally to have a new journal (like a feelings journal, not a bullet journal), and it's working so well I'm thinking about buying another to use as my bujo!PROS:• The binding is sturdy without being inflexible; yes, it really does open flat.• The pages are thick with minimal ghosting and *zero* bleeding, even when using my Pilot Kakuno fountain pen! I will say that felt tip pens like a Sakura Pigma Micron will cause more ghosting (still no bleed), but gel pens or pens like a Pilot G2 will work SUPER WELL on this paper. It even holds up to Zebra Mildliners!• TWO ribbon bookmarks and a little pocket inside the back cover make it easy to keep your ish organized.CONS:• While the colors the covers come in are beautiful and the material is lovely to the touch, stickers don't stay on the cover, making it difficult to decorate. (Definitely not the worst thing in the world, lol)• The pages are NOT thick enough for watercolors/gouache or other paint/ink washes. They WILL buckle and bleed through to the back of the page and onto the next. If you're an art journal person using paint/marker mediums, pick something else.• The stencils the journal comes with shouldn't be an extra selling point, because they're really awful stencils (not complaining, just observing; I don't expect anything less from a freebie).• (Personal preference:) No numbered pages. This isn't a *huge* deal, but adding numbered pages to this journal would absolutely rocket it up to the top of my favorite journals list. It's already quite high due to the price point for quality, but numbered pages would make this journal something I would buy above any other brand every time.All-in-all, whether you're looking for a bujo or just something to write in, I would 100% recommend this journal and will be purchasing more for myself!

WOW!!!
This is an INCREDIBLE notebook, the best I’ve ever used. It:-has nice, luxury, strudy covers-stays together despite being unintentionally mangled-has beautiful, high-quality paper (I really like the dot design I got, too, it’s moderately subtle)-lays pretty impressively flat-has a gorgeous color to it!-has a lot of pages in it for it’s smaller size (compared to standard composition notebooks), it’s perfect and chunky (without feeling at all like an encyclopedia) and beautiful and need I say more?!?

Nice, thick paper for fountain pens
I have long been a fan of fountain pens, but have had hit-or-miss luck with the journals I’ve used. Some of the most well known brands had a lot of bleed through, and I was basically limited to writing on one side of the page, cutting the capacity of the journal in half.I decided to try this journal, partly due to the weight of the paper, but honestly mostly because of the price. I was absolutely thrilled with the experience. Even with my wettest pen, I could confidently use both sides of the page with no fear of the text showing through. The paper has a slightly slick feeling that is comfortable to the hand, but still accepts the ink quickly, and I can turn the page immediately with very minimal blots.I’ve enjoyed writing in my first so much that I’ve already purchased two more, even though I’m only about 25 pages into the first!

Exceeded my expectations!
I love this notebook! It holds up to fountain pens, (NO bleeding whatsoever, I wouldn't even say there is ghosting!), has a back pocket, nice outside cover. It even came with (surprise!) some stencils! I am very impressed. It lays completely flat. For this price, (I paid only ~$10 for the blue gray color) this is an excellent notebook! The ONLY issue I have with this item is that it came damaged. That is not the manufacturer's fault, but Amazon's for not packaging better. I have already ordered 2 more of these notebooks. (Hopefully they will not come damaged) If you are a Leuttchurm fan but want a higher quality paper,, this is the notebook for you.. only drawback I see is the pages are not numbered. But I can live with that.

thick pages, beautiful shade, fits in mini backpack
I have written in journals for 30+ years now and am always looking for the best one. It doesn't have to be leather bound or a brand name, but it does have to stand the wear and tear of being lugged around and withstanding tears and food stains.I loved the last journal I had because it was large with a lot of space to write and draw. It reminded me of my college sketchbook days when I'd write down interesting conversations I'd overhear, tape tickets to, and sketch random things. The only thing I didn't like about this journal was that it didn't fit in my mini backpack which I carry with me everywhere, everyday. So, I opted for a smaller journal at the beginning of the new year. I was bummed about the smaller space, but there's something about this journal that feels more spacious though it's a standard size. I'm not sure what it is - maybe the quality and sophisticated shade of the cover, the thickness of the paper, the lining? These factors inspire me to write with more precision and intention - I don't know if that makes sense. With certain journals I feel meh about, I write sloppy. With journals I enjoy, I write neatly and enjoy the process more.I recommend this journal because of its affordability, quality, and the creativity it will inspire.

Lays flat!
I like this notebook a lot! it will become my to go. It is a bit pricey but def worth it. The pages blead a bit if you use to much preassure with markers. however there is no bleading from gel pens or micron pens. the pages are nice to write on.
