Q: Does this have any way to be attached to a wall? Will it hold up during a hurricane?

Hurricane? Heck no... Attach to a wall? Don't bother...just bolt it to the ground. This is good basic storage, not a storm shelter. I like mine and have no expectations the lock and construction will stop a thief or a hurricane.

Q: do the doors open separately from the lid?

Yes -- the lid is hinged to lift up and the doors swing open to either side. You do have to lift the plastic padlock hinge out of the way to open the front doors without lifting the lid, but you can do it.

Q: How will this product stand the heat in AZ with 120 degree days in the summer?

Don't know if you received my update. I am located in South Florida.I doubt that it will withstand the heat. I received the lid, as it was missing, either in February or March of 2015. As of right now, the lid is warped, no longer fitting in the left front.
