Missing parts and damaged screw connection

Hi, I have ordered this item early June, unfortunately by the time it was installed and find out the problems around it, the return period has expired. There isn't anyone to contact and none to assist with my issue. When delivery arrived the item was inspected and didn't appear to have a problem, until installation when we found out that the main screw connection on the T section doesn't work and one of the globe holders was missing.If someone could help, I would really appreciate it.Thank you!
