I have purchased this product more than twice. It does provide three exceptional forms of Magnesium. It does not specify how much of each version is contained, but one can assume this is mostly Glycinate, then Taurate and finally Malate. These carriers have their own unique effects on the brain and body separate from magnesium. For example, Glycine and Taurine cross the blood brain barrier and bond to their own receptors.This product is gentler on the stomach than Citrate or Oxide. I take three daily to provide the 400 mg of elemental magnesium. This is a good thing because some products require more capsules per day to get the serving strength of 400.
