I use this for baking my strawberry cake pops to give it a bit more of a real strawberry flavor. Customers love it every time. I use about 1- 1.5 TBS per cake. It is a good size bag, it will last me awhile.

Tastes decent. But Doesn't sweeten anything

I make my own protein shakes with this strawberry powder and powdered whole eggs and cream and filtered water and a little sea salt and put it in blender and it tastes great.

No matter how much you shake it or stir it, this powder does not mix with cold liquid. It forms clumps that either float on top or sink to the bottom. I have not tried putting the powder in a blender. Maybe it only mixes in a blender.I added a teaspoon to a glass of milk and stirred it with a spoon. Most of it floated on the top in clumps. Then I put a plastic lid on the glass and shook it really well. The clumps were still there. I tasted one of the clumps. It has a very slight strawberry flavor, but not a strong flavor. It is not sweet. The milk did not taste like strawberry.I added a teaspoon to a cup of vanilla yogurt. It made the vanilla yogurt a pretty pink color, but it did not change the taste of the vanilla yogurt.Then I tried adding this to hot water and some milk. It does dissolve in hot water, and it had a very slight strawberry taste.I also put it in a vanilla protein shake. It floated in clumps on the top of the glass. It did not change the taste of the protein shake.A fresh strawberry contains many vitamins and minerals, including quite a bit of vitamin c. But this strawberry powder does not contain that, if you read the label. This powder is made in China.

Made the most beautiful and pure strawberry tasting frosting for a wedding cake. The Bride's favorite fruit is strawberry and her favorite color is pink. Could not have been more perfect.
