Perfect Fit for Me
I've been using the Dreamwear system for several years now and I find it is very comfortable and can be adjusted for a perfect fit. The seal rarely breaks. And, the system lasts for 3-4 months without losing any comfort or adjustability.

I've tried at least 8 different types of head gear and this one rarely requires adjustments during the night. It is the best in comfort so far and I feel I won't have to go looking for anything better for a long long time.

Missing Components
This appears to be a collection of replacement parts sent unassembled in a package. Mine was missing the large nose pad. I went to the CPAP Shop and got the same thing but unit was assembled. It was $10 more.Also having some problems getting a refund.

Won’t prevent mouth breathing
The nose pillows do not prevent mouth breathing, but are way more comfortable than a mask.
