Best brand & model I've used over the last several years. Easy to change bottles. Quiet. No leaks.

The hot water feature is at a perfect temperature that allows instant noodles to heat up without burning your mouth. Also, the suction pipe is a perfect length and set up so that way all the water is pretty much gone and we don't have to dump as much water out to prevent overflow.

I am not sure if this cost is justified for home use, would be pretty decent for office use though. It is basic and adequate.- 2 Water Input Options - This can be hooked up to a water pipe directly or used with 5 gallon bottles. I am using it for 5 gallon bottles.- Easy 5 gallon switch - It is bottom load which makes it pretty easy to switch out bottles and a small ramp incline so you can just push it up there and insert the metal rod that uptakes the water.- Intuitive Use - 3 top press buttons to dispense cold, hot, or neutral temperature water. The hot button has a safety feature that needs to be pressed in. There is a toggle button for the hot water.- Not the Best for Large Volume - If you are filling up more than just a normal size cup, then the output can be a little slow. In addition, you have to constantly press the button, there is no feature to have a constant output so you have to be there the whole time.- Hot Water Optional - It heats up pretty well and it is decently hot, just the temperature right before it is too hot to swallow or put in your mouth. You can optionally turn this on or off.- Cold Water Not Optional - Refrigerator temperature so it is cold enough. However, this feature is always on and there is no option to turn it off. I find this a waste of electricity because there are long periods of time I do not need cold water, especially in the winter. I wish there was an option to toggle this on/off.

Had it running for months, filling water every morning before work, it's finally been through the test, still holding up strong, no issues. Good machine.

The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love the smudge-proof design of the stainless steel, it keeps this machine looking like new at all times.I also really love that I can easily fit my tall tumblers under the water spout without issue.However I do wish the screen had a time display as my older one did, and it was a feature we used constantly.I’m very happy with my new express water machine and would definitely recommend it. Just wish it had a few key features such as the time, or ounces dispensed.

The listing and pictures shows that it's suppose to be a whole bottom loading water system but that's not what you get at all. I got only the top part and instructions for a countertop water system. Definitely not want I wanted and now I have no use for it. I even went back through the description and even the weight shows that of what a whole water system should be. Very disappointed with this.

I really love this water dispenser because I wanted cold water at my fingertips by way of bottle bottom loading but not for direct of point use. I'm here to tell you that this is a great water dispenser for both cold and hot water that can be used anywhere where you have an electric outlet to power it. I refill a 3-gallon water jug every other day and I now drink more water than other members of my family. Having this dispenser encourages us to drink more water in general. I also love that I can get hot water for tea. The black finish is smooth and the brushed stainless is a beautiful gun metal color. This dispenser looks fantastic! I have to mention that it seems as well-made as any water cooler I've ever seen. However, the door doesn't stay closed very well at the bottom. It's very easy to accidentally open it. The drip tray seems to be attached so loosely or barely attached that if you bump it and it's near your legs, of course you can knock that off. You don't want to bump the tray if it's got water in it so you have to be careful that you don't spill water when dispensing, rendering the drip tray kind of useless. I like that it simply works. We will never again be without a water dispenser because this one is well-made and I expect it's going to work for a long time, so we're enjoying it. This water dispenser is a great starter for anyone who's never had a water dispenser in their kitchen, like us! I am very happy with this water dispenser. It is well-made, easy to use, and produces both cold and hot water quickly and easily. The only downside is that the door doesn't stay closed very well at the bottom. However, this is a minor inconvenience and I would still recommend this dispenser!

The media could not be loaded. It is expensive for this quality because it take more than 30 minutes to get the water cold or 20 minutes to get the water hot and doesn’t have filter with it . The water storage door is not closing very well and some part of the wire out inside the water storage and it is dungarees .Just average
