FANTASTIC COLD PACKS!
I had something similar in the hospital when I had my kiddos and when I saw these I was super excited! These are super high quality, very easy to fold in half for that snapping sound and then I just gently shake it to get it super cold. These feel great and are a perfect size for any female need. I love the box they come in as well so you can keep them organized and fresh! I highly recommend these to anyone in need! I hope this helps someone!

It gets ice cold and stays cold for quite sometime ! Highly comparable to mainstream perineal ice pack pads but better price point!
