I do ridesharing on the side and or days off. My car has heated seats, I could feel the wiring and was hurting my arse. I bought a different brand and it worked for a bought a year, before buying a pillow and putting it on top of the seat cushion out of desperation.I searched for something better than what I had and came across this brand. I thought wow who better to know what a person needs than someone who's already is a seated postion/wheel chair. I bought both the memory foam and cooling gel cushions to test out which would be better for my needs. My friend was over when the gel on arrived and he was telling me how he's been in extreme discomfort by his tailbone doing ride share. So I let him have the gel one and I used the memory foam one when it arrived 2days later.I bought it in the middle of summet and the memory foam is just that, no support and made me hotter sitting it in on hot days. Tried it for about 10days and had to return it. I asked my friend how his was and he was raving. His butt don't hurt anymore, he can driving wo having to adjust and or worry about the pain, and thanked me for it. I returned my memory foam for the gel and couldn't be happier. Been using it for at least 3-4 months and it been a pleasure. I don't dread getting into my car anymore. I like that cool feeling when I first sit, that it doesn't heat up from driving for hours. Love that it's thick, I'm small 5'2, so it may not work for a tall person in their car (mini van yes) 250lbs, and it holds it shape and durability! This a a must have for anyone who drives for a living, car/van/truck, DEFINITELY worth its price so you can concentrate on driving and know you won't feel all twisted up/stiff when you get out of your vehicle.

100% We Recommend! We purchased this for my wheelchair that is only used occasionally. It is a fantastic upgrade to how the seat feels. I am so pleased with the rounded edge, it really takes the pressure off the back of my thighs. We had a family outing just days after getting this, I honestly did not realize how uncomfortable the seat of my wheelchair was without this. On that family outing, I kept saying how amazed I was at the level of comfort this offered. It helped with how warm my bottom got, it greatly helped with my fidgeting. It truly made the use of my wheelchair vastly more comfortable.Just weeks after getting this, I had to go to the Emergency Room. We were there for over 8 hours before they admitted me to a room to be kept overnight. Very quiicky after getting to the ER, they had me in a bay on a hospital bed. My husband ended up using my wheelchair as a chair for that entire time. He said he was SO happy we had gotten the cushion. In the regular hospital room, he used the cushion in a chair. After a short amount of time he decided my wheelchair with the cushion was a more comfortable seat. Using it for the rest of my stay.It shipped quickly and was packaged well, it is easy to clean. As well as easy to move around as we take the wheelchair in and out of the car. We both recommend getting this!!!

Firm. Not as comfortable as would think. Hard foam and has cut out for tail bone.

The price seemed a little steep however it was definitely worth it. This makes my wheelchair much more comfortable in two ways. First it’s a more comfortable thing to sit on. Secondly it raises me up a little giving me more leg room which helped make my chair fit my 6’ frame better. It’s a ten on the comfort scale. I’m really glad I took a chance and purchased this.

I am an above the knee amputee and I sit in a wheelchair most of the time. I am 6 foot one and weigh 205 pounds.Even though the cushion appears to be quite thick it flattens out once you sit on it.I was looking for a cushion that would hold it shape yet be comfortable. That is just not the case with this cushion.

I’ve used cushions with a sacral cut out for years. There’s one in the car, one in the recliner, one at the dining table. A recent bout of sciatic pain with sitting caused me to search for a different cushion. I selected this one because it sloped at the front thereby reducing pressure on the back of my leg. It also has a sacral cut out. The cushion is designed for a wheelchair. Having used a wheelchair for a decade, I have to say this cushion is superior. It is heavier, but has a handle for lifting. It’s durable. It’s comfortable my guess is it will last a long time. It’s reasonably priced. The selling point is that I have sat in it for hours without sciatic pain. For this I am grateful. Kudos to the company making this cushion.
