The Pride IGO is well designed and sturdy
The IGO is well designed, suits a heavy rider and is powerful and sturdy. We bought it because it can be taken apart into two manageable parts. It is still heavy overall (62-64 lbs.) but we can lift the parts separately. It has sturdy foot rests, not just pedals or pegs like other models. The seat is sturdy and comfortable. We compared hundreds and this came to the top of our list. The fact that it is a name brand, Pride, speaks to it being well-designed and reliable. It also looks very nice. We would recommend it.

Great scooter - great service from Automobility Store
I have had mobility struggles for the last year and bought this scooter ahead of a family trip to Japan. This scooter made the trip possible and worked incredibly well! I rode it through security in the US and in Japan and right up to the plane. They were able to split it apart and store it in a closet on the plane. While in Japan, I rode it all over both Tokyo and Kyoto. We would fold it and roll it onto the trains or subways. We also took cabs from time to time and splitting it apart and placing in the trunk worked as well. Very pleased with this purchase and feel it will enable future trips alone or with the family in the future.I want to especially note the service I received from the Automobility Store. I had a last minute urgent request and they were able to help me out. Without it, my trip would have been in jeopardy. They were very understanding. One of the best customer experiences I have had in years. I highly recommend them as well.
