I had previously commented on this luggage because the first set I received was unfortunately in horrendous condition. With thorough communication with the company of the luggage, I was informed that it was a terrible mistake of Amazon reusing luggage that had unfortunately been sent back. I believe that the company itself, was not at fault for Amazon's choices of reusing returned luggage. This company took the time to immediately reach out to me about the mistake, reassuring me that everything would be resolved quickly. I can say for certain they did just that. Making sure the experience was resolved and that I was content with the resolution. I now am able to say, given all the facts and help fixing this issue, I am satisfied. My daughter was so happy with her sets. She used them for our trip and they were beautiful and perfect pink. They made her extremely happy, and I was as well. Sometimes it isn't always the company who produces and makes the items that are at fault, as in this instance. Amazon unfortunately dropped the ball on this one.

I purchased these as a gift to myself for my 10th anniversary trip with my husband, which was at a beautiful resort on Mackinac Island. Just a note that the picture I posted also shows my makeup/toiletry bag (the one on top), which is *not* part of the set, but I also purchased on amazon. This luggage set is absolutely lovely, so be prepared to get attention wherever you go. Many people asked where I purchased them, and they received numerous compliments during our stay. They held up through ferry rides (where handlers took them from us to load up), a horse carriage, and cobblestone streets. Not a single dent or damage to the wheels/hardware. They also come with clear vinyl covers to protect them in case you are flying with them.If you’re debating whether to get them, do it! They look far more high-end than the price you pay for them, and they’re sturdier than I’d hoped. My daughter also has a set in another color, and she flew to and from Hawaii with them (and their covers) with success. I can’t say enough good things about this set. In fact, I plan to purchase the larger piece for air travel, now that I know that they hold up well, and are roomy and secure.

This is my second time buying the rose/white 26" and 12" set, because Amtrak lost my 26" bag last year (Oy - don't ask). I was delighted that the dimensions were slightly changed giving the bags more depth. It comes with a thick, clear vinyl topper that fits snugly around it, fastens in the bottom with Velcro, and keeps it clean and protected. And, of course, they're beautiful. I mean, do not buy this luggage if it bothers you to have people constantly coming up to admiring it; anywhere I am with these bags, I get oohs and ahhhs and compliments.

I have had this set for a year! It is just as beautiful as the first day I bought it. It did get dirty on a rainy day to New York City. I thought for sure it was forever scuffed and dirty. I cleaned it with a magic eraser and it cleaned it very well.

I gave 2 stars due to my suitcase coming with a scrap on the back and the handles are yellowing a bit and a bit dirty. For the price I am a little disappointed, I honestly wanted it to come perfect. But besides those things it is very very cute! I’m excited to use it but waiting to hear back from the seller to see what can be done about the handles and scuff on the back. Will give an update once they contact me back. It’s currently Sep 6 2024. Ps the case isn’t super hard like other hard cases seems like it will be a little flexible with fitting clothes inside. I got the 26” x 12” for a 3 day trip coming up.Update sep 10, 2024The company contacted me to heelp resolve my issues with the suitcase. I am happy about that and I gave it more stars so to resolving my issues. Will update after I use it for travel.Update sep18I used southwest to travel. Definitely use the clear cover that comes with it. Some comments complain about it getting dirty but it’s white so I think that was kinda dumb not to use the cover. No damage to mine and still looks very cute. Glad I got it and plan to get the smaller suitcase too. I had just enough space for clothes for 3 days two pair of shoes and all my hair care/ makeup and curling / flat iron. I wear a women’s 11 in shoe so if you have smaller feet might work better.

The media could not be loaded. Seriously this luggage is next level. Love that it has tsa locks. Got all 3 sizes because why not. I don’t know which color is better between the elegant pink and the rose white. They are absolutely beautiful and the storage space and compartments holds everything perfectly. Rolls so smooth and gets so many compliments. I had a small issue and reached out to urecity customer service directly and they handled it quickly and made sure i was happy and taken care of. Seriously the best customer service I’ve ever come across. Very accommodating.

I finally convinced myself to splurge for this more expensive luggage set because is so cute, but I was super disappointed when, the first time I used it, the top handle broke when I picked it up to put in the overhead storage compartment of the plane. One of the pieces that holds the handle in place just popped right off & flew somewhere in the airplane seats & I couldn’t find it, had to use a suitcase with a broken handle for the rest of my trip. Got lots of compliments on how cute it is, but was embarrassed when the handle just broke like that on a crowded plane. Disappointed. Returned it since I had only had it for a few days. Bummed.
