As good as advertised, but read the fine print.
I shopped around a lot before pulling the trigger on the 10-plant bundled variety pack. Shipping across the country took three days, and it sat in my mailbox all afternoon on an 80 degree day, so I was a little worried when I opened up the box. I found that the plant bundles were actually in really good shape overall. The red flame swords were a little worn out, but I think they will recover. The Amazon sword looked great, very healthy and a good size, though I only got one of those. There was one substitution-- I didn't get the Cryptocoryne Wendtii Bronze-- and I'm not sure of the ID of the plant they subbed it with. But overall I am happy with the purchase. Bundles of 5-7 were in generously packaged, and the whole package was probably close to 60 individual plants, enough to get a 46 gallon tank up and running.Do be aware that many of these plants are grown with an emersion method, in which they are partially out of the water. Plant breeders do this because they can grow many more in a shorter period of time. The plants will adapt to your tank, but it might take several weeks, and they often shed their old leaves before growing new ones. The package came with a note explaining this, which I appreciated. Not all planted tank enthusiasts will be cool with that, but for me, buying emersion-grown plants is worth the trade-off in value, I don't mind waiting for the time it takes them to adapt to full immersion and become more vibrant and natural looking.

3 out of 10 were salvageable. All mushy when arrived.
So the shipping had a heat pad in box, when I opened the box everything was a big pile of mush I ran under water and was able to get 3 out of the 10 plants. Not in Good shape but I’m hoping they will survive. Leaves were all over in bag all blk and mushy. Smelled bad as well.

Great variety of plants, with variety of snails!
Great selection of plants, and at least 4 free snails. I got this multiple plants pack because I wasn't sure what my already existing snail and pleco would or would not leave alone. Suffice to say, the pleco has shredded three of the 10, and the other 7 he does not appear interested in. I guess now I know! The plants are already noticeably growing, which is great. The roundy spoon leaf one is easily my favorite. So, back to my free snails...Three of them are bladder snails, and one is a rams horn. I'm super curious as to what else is going to come out of the woodwork. I already have a nerite, and I was considering getting more snails, I guess now I don't have to. To be fair, THEY DID STATE THERE MAY BE SNAILS. I'm a bit of a snail enthusiast, but this was still a surprise. I'm probably about to have more than I'm going to know what to do with. Welp, in a month I'm betting this is going to be a lesson--to quarantine plants before introduction to the main tank. (Anyone who doesnt want to run the risk... well, they have a snail free selection as well, which is not what a purchased).I also bought two potted dwarf baby tears from the same seller, and all arrived together (12 plants) in a sealed humid bag, fast and in decent condition, all the way to Alaska.I think one of the bladder snails is laying eggs.... literally everywhere. I'm about to have a very clean tank, AND healthy plants. I'm still not entirely clear how I feel about the multiple snails. At first I was excited when I found ONE and after finding more and some internet "research" I'm not entirely sure. The plants are great though.

Pretty good deal
The bundle was a pretty good deal. I lost a few of the plants either in shipping or shortly afterwards. Some of the plants arrived very healthy and a couple others looked pretty dead. Great idea, wish more plants lived.

Healthy plants
There ended up being a few too many plants for my 7 gallon cube aquarium, but I got most of them in there. I plan on transplanting some into a bigger one soon. The plants spent 3 days in the mail, but were all viable when they arrived. There was a bit of yellowing and browning on some, especially the hornwort. I've had hornwort in an aquarium before so the color doesn't bother me. It has already gone from dark brownish green to a yellowish green and will continue to improve and eventually try to take over. In the last tank I had hornwort in it grew about an inch every 2-3 days and was very vibrant green. It'll get there. All of the other plants are unfamiliar to me but they seem to be taking to their new environment easily, turning greener. My only complaint is that I didn't get any vallisneria. I don't know why I didn't get any but I know stuff happens. I feel like I still got my moneys worth with this package. I also got 2 potted Monte Carlo (Micranthemum) from this seller at the same time, also in the same satisfactory condition. I think after this I'll sticking with Aquarium Plants Discounts for plants. I have not received any duds on this order or my previous order of Hornwort nearly a year ago. I did not dip the plants in bleach water to avoid snails. I feel the risk is very low. I didn't get snails last time. I wouldn't mind an accidental snail colony though. They only eat dead or dying plants and I plan on my next tank being a pea puffer tank so, free food.Anyway, if you're in a situation like mine where there are not many aquarium plants for sale in your area, then buy from this seller. They have the best prices for quality plants.***Update***I found a tiny snail trucking along on one of the leaves. This is fine. The common variety of snails that sometimes arrive with aquatic plants are harmless. They eat dead leaves and other decaying matter. If you get a lot of snails it's because you have a lot of debris and algae. If you don't like it, remove as many snails as you can and remove any plant debris, vacuum your gravel, brush off algae, do a water change and any remaining snails will die off or their population will stabilize and continue converting dead matter into fertilizer. I like the snails. It's like finding earthworms in the garden.
