honestly, i have been following chanell on tiktok for a few years now almost 3, and have been religiously doing her recipes for my partner and son, which they both love so you know i had to support her by getting her cookbook. this book will not disappoint! her recipes are always always spot on. what are you waiting for!?

Good book

After seeing her recipes on instagram I bought her book and it didn’t disappoint. The recipes are great and have links to online videos which is another plus . I love trying out different recipes and this book is full of easy and flavourful recipes . I have purchased 2 more for Christmas presents .

I have been following Chanell for a while on tiktok hoping and praying she would bring out a cookbook, and finally! I couldn’t get my hands on it quick enough!! I cannot wait to use this book now, instead of scurrying to tiktok to follow the recipes! ☺️ This book is full of amazing recipes, which makes me excited to learn how to cook some real traditional Caribbean food. I love the receipes. Very easy to follow instructions, lots of ideas to try which is lovely. Im definately glad I made the purchase.

Amazing recipes, can’t wait to try more!Sadly, for the price (£25), the pictures and book quality aren’t the best. I’ve bought other Caribbean cookbooks from well known chefs and paid at least £10 cheaper (and with more recipes), and they’ve been better paper and picture quality. You can’t wipe these pages easily it’s like office printer paper, not shiny paper.
