Wondering if this is a lemon. Now with UPDATE.
Product arrived. Inflated it and hooked up power and filled it with water. Took three hours of set up. At 2pm in the afternoon, turned on the heater and the water was 71 degrees. At 10 o'clock that night, the water was 78 degrees. I called the company and they said they would send me a new heater. That, they said, will take a week. "How easy is it to install?", I asked. She asked if I had experience working on the inside of a spa. "No". This is going to be interesting. I'll update.UPDATE:They did send me a new heating unit. The instructions to swap out the original for the new were not easy to understand. I got back to them and then they agreed to send me an entirely new spa. I just had to pack up the old one and they sent UPS by to pick it up. The new unit was much better. Inflating and set up was easier since I now had experience. Turned on the heater and it was up to 104 degrees within about 15 hours. I've now had this for about five months. I like it a lot. I use it daily. Just need to add Chlorine to keep the water fresh every few days. Only bit of advice I'd offer is that the cover they send is attached with straps with locks that are very hard to open when under stress (which they are all the time). I opted not to use their cover but went and bought a heavy-duty 6'x6' tarp and used bungee cords to weights on the ground to hold it on. That has worked fine and much easier to cover/uncover the spa.

Heavenly!!! Great for pain management!
Absolutely adore this spa!The rotary cup in my shoulder needs to be replaced and I have just been managing pain until I can find the needed recovery time in my busy work schedule. After about a month of daily use, this spa has significantly decreased my pain.Things to know. The temp goes up to 104 degrees. The jets have a timer with 20 minutes on and then 10 minutes off before you can restart them again. As seen in other reviews, it does lose temp during the jet sessions, but to my experience, it loses about 2 degrees per twenty minute session. I usually keep mine at 102 degrees and after 2 sessions (plus the 10 minute wait in between), the temp decreases to about 98 degrees - which works fine for me. I have found that 104 is way too hot, so the 98-102 range is perfect. This unit was easy to set up and I have been able to maintain clear, stable water consistently for the past couple of weeks with use of spa chemicals. The filter definitely needs to be cleaned every few days. Just ordered new filters to change when I drain and refill the spa next week. Absolutely no water or air leaks. I do need to occasionally add additional water because of normal evaporation. This unit filled quickly and took about 12 hours to come to a 100 temp from the 66 degree water that it was filled with. So, it heats at about 2 to 3 degrees per hour.Enjoy!!!

Overall, good buy
So far so good with this portable hot tub! I’ve oly tried it in the winter below freezing temps mainly so I can’t say it’s super slow to heat up because it does get to 104 degrees within a day or two but in warmer weather I’m curious how quick it will be. The only thing I dislike about the hot tub is that the jets don’t massage your back they’re more like bubbles only I was hoping for a little bit more of a back massage. Also, maybe I don’t have the correct chemicals but it gets super slimy if you don’t go in it once a day or every other.

Never worked one time
I received my package and it was is poor condition, I contacted Amazon for advise , on how to return but never received word back, the box was sliced and the hot tub was damaged, I didn't know at the time so we set it up, it was not pleasant!! Then after all of the set up it will not hold air, so we somewhat patched it , but the water never heated ..after 8 hrs of trying it's just wasn't working!!

No customer service readily available
*Edit*Changing my review to garbage....it’s impossible to find customer service for this product. Within 2 months it failed and the only person I was able to get a hold of was strictly via email and I was told to test the voltage of a bunch of different parts. First of all, I don’t have the tools they said I needed. Second of all, it’s supposed to be under warranty so I shouldn’t have to do anything more than say “it’s broken”. The company that makes this does not care if it works, as long as they get paid for their garbage. DO NOT BUY!!

I hate the cover because when it rains the water builds up on the cover and caves it in. The spa its self is pretty good.

This is a wonderful product. I have had other spas and the last one was a Soft Tub. This is by far better then the others. It's practical, beautifully designed and works really well. Holds temperature, it's light and easy to move. It's well built and sturdy. Some of my friends have seen the tub and want to purchase there own.

Leaks water
Leaks water from an unknown source after 2 months. They say you can identify the leak, but it seems impossible to identify the leak because it’s a slow leak that doesn’t happen until it’s filled up, and you can’t lift the damn thing to identify where it’s leaking when it’s filled because it’s so heavy
