My wife hates tech and said we did not need a Robot Vacuum. Now she wouldn't let me send it back and said "it's a game changer" when talking to her friend about it. It's the first thing I have got right in 24 years.We've had it for a little while now and I'm incredibly impressed. This little robot has completely transformed our cleaning routine.Cleaning Performance:The suction power is impressive, and something that we like is that the carpet looks like it's been cleaned. I bought a cheap model and sent it back because it didn't seem to clean but this model leaves the pile of the carpet moved like a normal vacuum does.The mop function is also effective. We have vinyl floors in the Kitchen, Hall and Downstairs toilet with Carpet in the Living and upstairs and the floors are clean and streak-free.One feature that I like is the carpet sensor, it winds the mops up when it senses carpet and puts them back for doing the other floors, this includes the rugs in the hall and toilet so it mops around everything. It also rotates the mops and does not just drag a wet pad behind it which I think means it is doing a better job when cleaning. On that note, I've been particularly impressed with its ability to navigate around furniture and obstacles. It has a LIDAR sensor on top and a big camera so it rarely gets stuck and it also avoids cables which I think is pretty impressive.Battery Life:The battery life is decent, allowing for a thorough cleaning of my entire downstairs and I send it out every day with a 3x clean on every surface. It does a floor on a single charge but it will automatically return to its charging dock when the battery is low and then resume cleaning if it doesn't finish in one go. This only happens if it gets stuck which it has done twice, once because the dog dropped a laptop in its way and the other time when it refused to stop spinning in a gap between two chairs.I wish I had bought the more expensive version with the dock as it does need emptying every day but this goes to show how much dirt and dust it picks up.Noise Level:While not completely silent, the noise level is acceptable. It's certainly quieter than many other vacuums I've used and it can clean a room while I am in it and I can still hear the TV or we can talk over it without shouting.Ease of Use:Setting up the first map was simple and then adding a second-floor map was not a problem but on a few occasions I forgot to change the map back after it did upstairs and it got confused as it's not where it thinks it is.The app is intuitive and allows you to schedule cleaning times, adjust suction power, and monitor cleaning progress as well as say how much water you want to come out as you go. You can set individual schedules for each room and once it's made a map you can edit it and set it to work in different ways if you want.I named our vacuum Sir Moppington Hooversnatch and you can also assign labels to each room to identify them easily.It's so nice coming downstairs in the morning to a hoovered and mopped floor I wouldn't be without the vacuum now.Overall:If you're looking for a reliable and efficient robot vacuum cleaner, I highly recommend the Dreame L10s Pro. It's a fantastic investment that saves me time and effort. While the model without the dock might be a bit less convenient for some, it still offers excellent cleaning performance and is a great value for the price.

Does the job very well. Navigating is excellent. Perfect for the value for money and I think it’s worth more than it’s price. A little bit noisy but the cleaning is great you don’t need to clean after it at all

There is a big BUT: the robot stays too far away from the wall/skirting board (around 3cm), which means it avoids collecting a lot of rubbish especially in the kitchen where we have a kitchen island and a lot of bread crumbs falling on the floor.Pros: - The water tank is just fine for our area - 40m2The app is really nice and lets you customise per room the suction power, mopping, water flowThe mops do not try to clean when told not to do soCons:Battery might appear weak on some occasions: we have overall approx 65m2: 40m2 of resin floor (floor is white so mopping needed) and 25m2 hardwood(no mopping here, only suction). The suction was always setup with full power on because with only 1 front side brush the robot is not collecting a lot of dust on medium settings.The mopping works fine, but is a bit weak: don't expect to have dry mud being removed from the floor, you will still have to go the old fashion way.Sometimes the robot thought it could go on a 4x4 mode and tried to go on the chimney breast...

Broke after one week! In the week that it worked I found it a godsend! But very quickly deteriorated. Mop pads lost their stick after a week and got to the point where they would fall off right at the beginning of a clean and if I wasn’t standing watching it the entire time and putting them back on (defeats the purpose of robot) it would carry on with its clean and would just leave a trail of water behind it. I suggest if you have any rugs or carpet then get a different model, this one only lifts the pads 7mm where as I now have one which lifts them 10mm and have not had the same issue as of yet. Aside from the mop pads refusing to stay on, the whole mechanics broke after almost 2 weeks of owning. It would keep glitching and staying in its place but nothing on the app notifying a problem, it was only that I happened to see it I was able to restart it and it would carry on. After a few more days it happened more and more until it finally stopped working almost completely, it just span round in circles non stop and that was when I had to pack it back up and return to Amazon, thankfully no issues there and they issued a refund. I was sceptical to fork out for another, but in the little time it was working it really was an amazing asset to the household so after some research I purchased the Roborock qrevo S and I now find it a blessing that the Dreame broke as this one is so much better! The self emptying and self cleaning is a game changer and worth every penny more! Higher vacuum power, easier to set up, a lot more features, I just hope it stands the test of time unlike the Dreame did!

I am so glad I bouugjt it. So easy to set up and it does an amazing job. I have to cats who keep leaving fur and paw prints all over my floors. The robot vacuums and mops my floors to perfection without a fail every single day whilst i can get on with other tasks or simply work at my desk. So worth the money!!

Over the moon with this purchase. Does exactly what it says on the tin.We call ours Priscilla ! She hoovers and mops the floor perfectly. She also does zonal cleaning very well. Eg. Around the kitchen area I drop bit and pieces when cooking and she cleans it up every time I ask her. She tells me when she’s completed her task and also tells you to remove and clean the mop pads when she’s finished.Delighted.

If you looking for robot with mop this is the right one. Easy mapping. Strong power. Little bit noisy but I don’t mind as long as my floor is clean. Defo will buy it again especially for that promotion price
