Having the ability to use a spanner or socket to rotate the tool is a big plus for pistons that have extended fully and may be a little tight to push back. Only needing to solely use this on vag cars I found grinding off the narrower side projections nodes (which I didnt need for my 38mm dia piston) helped to get the tool in on a fully extended caliper.

I bought this in a hurry as I didn’t realise my 01’ Ford Galaxy’s Caliper needed 2 forces to rewind. This was the cheapest I found and so was the quality. It was slightly fiddly getting it to fit as it was very slightly wider but it got in. It isn’t the best but it got the job done and didn’t break or bend etc. When getting it I recommend greasing the threads as this will make it much easier and make it last longer. Secondly is use a wrench on the end as there’s no chance you’ll Be able to rewind the Caliper with the included “handle”. All and all this was a successful and worthy purchase and you get what you paid for. Be sure to read the dimensions and measurements for the splines to make sure it works with your Caliper

Crap, adapter plate too thick, so makes tool too long to fit in caliper with pusher backplate, so you have to wind it back another way before you can use the tool !
