I was taken back with affects of the caffeine in this product, be careful.

Having issue with serotonin, I was encouraged by the ingredients list of the supplement, and two weeks in, I can report minor improvement in energy levels and mood. Granted, minor improvement is certainly preferable to no improvement, and if you factor in that there have been no ill effects thus far, that's close enough to a win. I will say, that the caffeine is definitely present and I definitely feel it. I don't find it to be a negative in my case, but I could see where this may make others sensitive to caffeine feel somewhat jittery to downright uncomfortable.No issues with the size. Easy to swallow with no noticeable flavor or aftertaste, so completing the 60 day supply shouldn't be an issue. Thus far, I don't find these remarkable, but I will say if you're not caffeine sensitive and can use a little lift with the benefit of provided by herbs like rhodiola or gingko biloba, these may work for you. I, personally, have not noticed any marked uptick in cognitive function or concentration, but this may vary from person to person. It certainly hasn't been a negative experience in any way, and I'll continue to monitor how these affect my overall cognitive and physical health going forward.

I'll just let the ingredients speak for themselves. I don't know about the bioavailability of these, but if only, say, 10% was actually bioavailable, you'd still be getting quite a serviceable amount of ingredients, most of which have well-established track records of effectiveness. Ginkgo is the big one, but B12 is of course the energy vitamin, so combined, these two should do the bulk of the heavy lifting. The rest of the ingredients are going to contribute a lot, too. I'd say combine this supplement with a D3 supplement and BioPerine (black pepper extract) to improve absorption and utilization.Now, my experience has been in line with all of this so far. I know the effects that ginkgo and B12 have on me, and I felt them when I took this. Since I no longer have issues with high cortisol, their effects weren't blocked like they would have been in the past, and I could actually feel them going to work. I don't know how much impact the other ingredients had, honestly. When I took them alongside BioPerine and D3, I felt even more. I didn't get a massive rush of energy like I've heard others report with similar supplements, but I pretty positive that's due to the difficulty my body has absorbing things anyway. It's something I inherited. Still, even with that, I did feel the effects, and I have no trouble recommending this.

Hi. I got this as a recommendation from a friend. I typically have low energy and was looking for something besides coffee as an energy boost. I’m on day 6 and I have a noticeable energy improvement. It has been gradual. I’m a firm believer in testing . So I’ll try for a week. If it helps, I’ll go to 2 weeks and so on. I’ll definitely be going for week two shortly. No adverse reactions like shakiness, edgy.I’m also noticing that my mood has improved ever so slightly. I’m sure it’s from the vitamin B and ginkgo but not sure. I do recognize most of the ingredients.I’ll check back in if there’s anything new to add. They do provide a 60 day supply. The supplements size is about your average vitamin sizes. Around 3/4” . A little skinnier than some so that makes it easier to swallow. No nasty after taste or odors from the capsules. Safety seal is great. Hope this helps. It’s too early to tell to give this a 5 star rating. I’ll be back…

I think this supplement handles well, but could've used a few more nutrients in it for building proteins.

This nootpropic contains a very complete list of the most studied and commonly used memory enhancers. My husband (age 75) has been taking another nootropic with similar ingredients for several months now. He has noticed less brain fog and somewhat improved memory and motivation. This supplement is a bit different then the ones he has been taking before because it doesn't contain a proprietary blend. Instead it lists the amount of each and every ingredient. The doses included are at the low end of the doses studied. In my opinion this is a good thing if you are looking for a memory enhancer for normal age related cognitive decline because there is benefit with less chance of side effects.The other thing that is different about this supplement is the inclusion of what they call "cognitive control complex." The three ingredients included are stimulants including caffeine. Taking two capsules as directed contains the equivalent caffeine of one cup of coffee.Since my husband had already been taking another nootropic he has not noticed a big difference from starting this one. He has had no side effects; no jitters.This product is reasonable priced compared to similar products.
