It definitely does bring you some relief! I wouldn't do it more then 10min and I would do it every other day at the beginning otherwise you'll be way too sore.

Back in 1987 we didn’t have any of these. When my son told me about this I couldn’t believe it. He went and ordered me one for my back pain I’ve been having every since I lifted a Samsung fridge. You know those big beefy ones that take 10 people to lift?! Yea I tried to do so by myself. Anywho, he had to assemble the device because it was a little hard to change levels. I had to take it easy though and start from level one. Let me tell you something, my back has never been stretched that good in over 20 years. But once I got stage 3, It felt like Jesus was taking me to heaven, the pain relief felt so good, my soul left my body. I feel 6 inches taller and can actually golf with my friends on Monday mornings. It’s been over 34 years since I last golfed with my friends and now this device allowed me to finally play with them again. Anyways, goodnight my back is relieved and feeling good. I’m going to bed

This device works well for stretching out the back and can be adjusted to stretch different parts of your back. Also has built in acupuncture which is awesome!

It works for stretching my back but it kinda hurts my shoulder blades when I lay on it.

So at first it wasn’t popping my back(other reviews complaints), after 2wks of using 2xday for 2 weeks it started popping.I hurt my back recently, personal trainer at work said I twisted my pelvis.This thing makes stretching my back so much easier in the mornings!! Especially if I worked the day before.Getting old sucks, don’t recommend.Recommend using it on your bed with pillows if it’s too much on the floor.

I used it for at least a month and honestly I think it did help my posture in some ways. It wasn't super comfortable, though. I put a blanket over to cushion the plastic parts. I found myself just sitting more forward in my chair than actually leaning on it.

I have been driving for 6 years and have tried driving five different vehicles to try to find something comfortable for my back and I have gotten close to feeling back pain relief in one of my luxury cars but now with this back support it has completely improved my back pain almost 100%. I am completely blown away and wish I could have found this product 6 years ago when I started having back pain. I have been using it to drive in my car and I just drove half the day yesterday with very very minimal pain in my back whereas normally I can't even drive a car at all after a couple of hours my bag is in so much pain and I have tried several back supports over the years and have had to wear a back brace while I drive for the last 5 years. But I do not need to wear my back brace at all with this back support. And I could also lie it down on my living room floor and and lie down on my back on it and it completely targets the tight muscles in my back and stretches them out unlike anything I have ever tried and I have tried a lot of things. Like I said I could have saved my back from thousands of hours of pain if I would have just found this $25 product 6 years ago I wish that these were more available in stores around town but it took me shopping on Amazon in order to find what I needed so thank you! I am now going to buy one for each of my vehicles

Hard to get used toI started out on the first setting, which was not bad at all. I felt it didn’t help so I went to the second setting, and it was miserable.
