A very horrible order. It won’t allow us to download anything on it. I purchased this tablet for my kids schoolwork cause it said it was able to hold Acellus but that is a lie. It won’t allow any downloads at all.

I have had problems charging this with a multiple charger that works fine with everything else, but it charges perfectly from a power pack at home. Otherwise it is fine....

I find this little gadget very useful and user friendly

Price was too good to be true. Would constantly freeze up, short battery life and kept loosing internet connection. Returned it after 3 days.

Terrible cheap flimsy dies very fast no where near description

This Android 12.0 tablet comes sealed and protected in a plain white box with a picture of a tablet on the top and a small label on one side with a barcode, part number, and basic description saying ZAOFEPU Android Tablet. Inside I found the tablet, charging block, USB A to C charging cable, OTG cable, and user manual.The tablet was almost fully charged and only needing a topping off before configuration. There is no light to indicate charging or fully charged, but rather an on-screen indicator that disappears after a few seconds. So, you will have to tap the power button to check whether it is fully charged. Secondly, the user manual is practically useless with bad spelling and nonsensical sections and then after further scrutiny the small user manual is not even for this tablet. The rating on the manual says the maximum charging output should be 1.5V, but the included charging plug is 2.0V. Then it lists the port as mini-USB rather than the USB C connector it actually is, so this manual is for an outdated other tablet.If you are familiar with Android tablets, you will not need the manual anyway as the setup is fairly straightforward with the onscreen setup. If you are not familiar with an Android tablet, then look elsewhere than the manual for help in setup. As a bonus though, the tablet does seem to indicate it can take a SIM card to connect to a mobile network, but I do not have one available to test that unfortunately. So, before setup you should insert a sim card and/or SD card if you have them. The tablet does not come with a pin to pop the tray out and insert a Sim/SD card into the device so make sure you have one from your cell phone handy or makeshift one from a paperclip. My inserted SD card worked fine once inserted and formatted.Once configured, the tablet is not the fastest, but the speed is fair and the functionality is fine for this price point. The pre-installed apps cannot be deleted but can only be hidden. The screen response is only ok and I had sometimes problems with the very top left corner of the tablet with responses sometimes. The battery life did last several hours, but the length will greatly depend on screen brightness and how it is being used.There is no support website or contact information listed in the product manual or elsewhere that I could find. It also does not look like it will get any updates, as the system update check says it is current and build says G15_V01_20221206, which seems to indicate there have not been any updates for the tablet for 8 months or since release. It would be nice for ZAOFEPU to indicate if we can get system updates/security updates anywhere for this tablet as this is a major concern with tablets and operating systems in general to stay secure. Also, if there are any software/hardware issues, a place where we can download the appropriate drivers/software/OS would be nice. I also have yet to find a protective cover or magnetic keyboard that fits the tablet perfectly. In conclusion, this android tablet works as a basic android tablet for browsing (I tested Microsoft Edge mostly), reading, music, videos, and light casual games but do not expect much more.
