It works! It helps soothes irritation and redness as it claims. The only thing that I don’t like about it is probably that it’s a gel and so it’s sticky. I don’t apply it as a final step. I use a moisturizer after which makes it ok.

I live in sunny Florida and when you go out, if it isn't raining, you are going to get some rays. If I am outside for any length of time, I go back in and put on sunscreen because I burn so easily. This helps ease the redness and the hurt.

I have been using aloe vera since the 70s, way before it became popular and you found it on store shelves. I just grew my own plants to harvest and use. I am a huge believer in aloe vera and all the different health benefits that it can provide. This particular Aloe product, besides being way over priced, also has lots of other ingredients besides Aloe in it. In fact when you look at the ingredient list aloe vera is halfway down the list, which means there’s tons of other ingredients in greater abundance than the aloe vera itself. It does have the sticky feelings which is also somewhat common with aloe products. So how does it work? Seems to work OK. However adding this to my skin I’m personally looking for more of a pure natural product.

This OxygenCeuticals aloe vera gel is colorless, transparent, lightweight, and absorbs easily. It doesn't leave any sticky residue and is also fragrance free and gentle on sensitive skin.It is doubly soothing besides several forms of aloe, it also contains a little centella asiatica. The ingredients also include sodium hyaluronate for moisture retention.It's made in Korea. Very soothing for sunburned skin, something that often happens to my kids who love swimming in the pool. It is unscented and very soothing, absorbs readily, but the price is rather high, so that would be the only major consideration.

I’m a big fan of aloe and the benefits it has for your skin. This is a great aloe vera gel I use for both face and body. It’s hydrating and absorbs quickly, while not leaving your skin feeling sticky.
