Makes good bread
An enormous improvement on taste and texture (heavier) over the non organic wholemeal from the same miller. But then,it has 12% less protein.

Make bread with it
My damn bread making machine - so many disasters trying to get the recipe right. Probably more economical just to go to the Baker. But I think I've worked it out - switch it on, let it mix the dough, then cut the power and leave it for a while, then switch it on again.
