No mounting hardware included, clips over the ball are weak & hard to remove, wouldn't compress
Buyer beware there is no mounting hardware included. Buying the hardware cost an additional $16 and delayed our project. The clips over the ball must be removed to install. They are tiny, weak, and very difficult to remove--one broke. Once we finally got it installed, it wouldn't compress. Extremely frustrating, as now we're back on Amazon looking for another product to finish our project.
