What a complete and utter waste of time!!!!!
It is terrible to set up and the support is non-existent. There are no available subscription plans in my area and it keeps telling me that my device will be "irrevocably cancelled" if I do not get a plan. The web application stalled and will go no further than the terms and conditions so is useless and the mobile application keeps shutting down when I try to access customer support so it too is completely useless. Having wrestled with it for a day to try to set it up I got nowhere and received no support whatsoever. I was left with no option but to return it. This is the worst consumer experience I have had with a purchase from Amazon.

App doesn't work, location incorrect on 2 different pods.
I bought two pods for my cats, both were fine to set up and worked ok initially. The app has never functioned properly - anytime there is an incorrect location you get an option to give feedback, but this crashes the app every time. The makers are aware of this, as it's mentioned in the FAQ on the website, but it was never sorted out.The reason I've given one star is the lack of customer service, and then the fact that both of the pods stopped connecting to any form of tracking - GPS, wifi, etc. I'm in an area with excellent coverage for any of these, and both of my pods are missing (lost on collars that came off) and can't be found. One was showing up in the middle of my neighbour's patio for 3 days until the battery died. We spent hours searching the entire area around there for it, with no sign so the location was completely off. Customer services were trying to say it was lost in a local wood - they were going on google maps which is 10 years out of date for the area, the wood has long since been cleared.I tried contacting podtrackers through the app, through facebook messenger, and eventually email, but it turns out that you don't get an answer over the weekend. And you only get an answer by using the email. Which is really unhelpful if a pet goes missing on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. Livechat is offered on the website as the contact option, but the box says it may take a day for an answer, so this really isn't livechat at all. The help function on the app doesn't work either. The second pod stopped connecting a few days later, while my cat was still wearing it, and she lost it the next day. It wasn't showing up at all on the app. I contacted customer services through the email address and was told they could see it wasn't connecting. But that's it. A few days later I was getting the reminder messages to change the battery, but I couldn't find the pod to change it, so that one has died too!Basically that's the cost of 2 trackers, plus 2 yearly subscriptions down the drain. After only setting it up in April, and this being the start of June, that's a total waste of money. I did ask for a refund on my subscription, seeing as they can see the pods disappeared, but I was told they wouldn't in case they turn up, which isn't very likely. I'm really frustrated that I put any trust into these, I'm just glad it's only the collars with the pods that are lost, and not my cats though seeing as the location doesn't work!I was offered a discount on a new one, but seeing as neither the app, nor the actual pod work, I'll save my money and try a different product.

Wonderful in theory, disappointing in practice.
I bought a couple of different cat trackers to test them out, this one was my least favourite, I simple cannot get it to do basic things. I’m a computer gadget geek so was really looking forward to witnessing all the exciting things it says it can do but I’ve kinda given up! Can’t get it to update firmware or get a clear GPS signal, tried troubleshooting to no avail.

Used !!!
The Pod seems OK. But the packaging was open and the device was clearly used. That is not nice to do.I prefer to have an item like this NEW UNUSED.I am not surprised as the seller doesn't even know what they're selling exactly.update: after three years I have used it for a couple of months through out which it has been vaguely accurate and therefore unusable...it is max a toy...now the license is due and I will not renew for sure.DO NOT BUY...go for some other verified by users. This one is honestly a rip off.BTW cant even sell it for 25 pounds!!! no one will buy it.

Huge disappointment
Very disappointed with this, I bought two for my cats. It took 8hrs to set one up and the second was faulty and I waited 24hrs to hear from the almost non existence support team to find out that it needed to be replaced. When they arrived both were in boxes with broken seals and the faulty one said it was registered to another pet owner so it looks like I was sold a second had product. Very very disappointing when you’ve spent nearly £300

Utterly, utterly useless...
Having had a good experience with the pod2 (until it fell apart) the replacement Pod3 is utterly useless. Initially taking no less than 4 months to arrive the long awaited arrival has sent me onto the long and winding road of failure. I live in an area shown as with good outdoor and ok indoor service and this was fine for the pod2. The Pod3 however will not operate unless in the very strongest of areas. As a result of the Pod3 constantly searching for network the battery life is normally a maximum of 12 hours and sometimes less than 4. All this of course means nothing if I can’t track my kitty which I can’t! This is the second Pod3 having had the first one swapped out because of poor battery life, althoughat least I I could actually track the cat sometimes with the first one. The replacement, after literally weeks of support chats (days wait for a response most of the time) I have been told by he said support team that recent pod3s shipped were tuned for the US networks which has meant UK performance is severely impaired. ETA on another replacement - a few months was the most accurate answer offered! So, I have tracker and a subscription that due to the tracker not being fit for the UK market doesn’t work. Sure, I have been offered a refund which I will be taking up but what a great way to take a semi decent product and make it completely useless! Unless you like the frustration of not knowing your pet’s location, unless you enjoy standing outside trying to set up Wi-Fi for the 94th time, unless you enjoy driving to a stronger network area following the latest reset and unless you enjoy month long “support” chats I would highly recommend avoiding the Pod3 like the proverbial plague.
