These are terrible plates for your tripod. They do not fit. They are very loose. Do not buy.

Basic plate
These are basic Manfrotto style plates with no frills. The construction is cast aluminum. I like that the screws are captive in the plate so they don't get lost. An overall good value for two of them.

Purchased this as a replacement for the used Manfrotto 234RCmount I bought at a thrift store. Fits perfectly and very well made (and I have a spare just in case)!

Great mount
Using the mount for a spotting scope. Great to have the quick release function when want to swap back to the camera
