Great looking, reasonably light, good internal straps… it’s a great case. So good, in fact, that this was the second one that I bought. However on a recent holiday the first case that I’d bought developed a sticking wheel which was really annoying. (I bought it c. 18m ago, and have used it only 3 times).I probably wouldn’t buy again for this reason.

I really like it but I do think the wheels could be improved as sometimes it’s a bit hard to move them but overall is a great suitcase

Hi Everyone, the suitcase is in fact not sturdy or durable for flights/baggage handling.The material is not good quality, however the cabin bag is OK so far as it is not subjected to baggage handling and pressure on the wheels.

After first usage one of the wheels was not rolling freely and the strip of rubber seal strip came loose

I was really looking forward to these suitcases and they are amazing in quality apart from the fact that I received a defected and cracked suitcase. :(

I am leave this review to express my utmost dissatisfaction with the suitcases I recently purchased from your esteemed establishment. It deeply saddens me to inform you that the quality of the suitcases has been far from satisfactory, leading to several inconveniences during my travels.First and foremost, the overall condition of the suitcases leaves much to be desired. The material used seems to be of very poor quality, and it is evident that no attention to detail was given in their manufacturing. The suitcases appear to be flimsy and lack the necessary durability expected from such products.Furthermore, it is disheartening to mention that the lock mechanism on all the suitcases is already broken. The lock, which plays a vital role in ensuring the security of one's belongings, has clearly failed to meet its purpose. This has not only raised concerns about the safety of my possessions but has also caused me unnecessary inconvenience while attempting to secure my belongings during my travels.Additionally, I must highlight the issue with the wheels of these suitcases. Right from the beginning, the wheels have been faulty and do not roll smoothly as expected. This has resulted in significant difficulty and frustration while maneuvering the suitcases, especially in crowded airports and train stations. The poor quality of the wheels has seriously hindered the overall functionality of the suitcases, making travelling an arduous task rather than a seamless experience.
