NO WARRANTY
I purchased this laptop in June of 2023 and by December 2023 the internal battery was dead (you can't just buy a replacement battery). When the diagnostics were run, the warranty began in October of 2020 and ran out November 2021. So this unit, which is being sold as "new" is in fact NOT covered by any warranty. I was told by the seller that I could ship it back for the repair. After 6 months I don't believe that it should be my responsibility to pack it up and ship it back, not knowing how long it will take for the repair or when I might get it back. I expressed how dissatisfied I was with that solution but they are no longer responding to my messages. BUYER BEWARE, NO WARRANTY AND NOT BACKED BY THE SELLER!
