This works super well !!! It's been gently bringing out the dirt iver time after use. My little pug and small ear canals, pugs in general with the smallest. So she needs frequent ear cleaning as it makes her itch a lot. I follow up every 6 months with ear mite syrum just to make sure she doesn't end up having any issues there too. And she's great now!Old owners neglected it and she got scabby bloody ears :( . But never again.

I have an 8 year old GSD, I do clean her ears as best I can and have no problem shoving a finger in there to give a good scratch as she loves it, so much so that her back leg goes into a kicking mode. So through this I know her ears are not that dirty, the ear canal is a different matter though. She has been scratching her ears quite a bit, and when she stops now and again just to sniff and lick her claws, then there must be something.I gave her a good dose in each ear, massaged in and let her shake it out, then used some to wipe down the rest of the ear. Left it a few days and then did the same again. After a week I can’t say I have seen her at her ears, it does also leave a nice smell.Very happy with the results.
