Outta Hufflepuff Adult Cowboy Cap

I ordered two of these the navy and this one...I first have to say that the color isn't really has described or shown. And for this color I got a defective hat or something cause it doesn't fit properly and I have a small head and it hurts my forehead. The other one I got is perfect. I was reimbursed for the trouble...the other hat I got was a perfect fit so I really think I got unlucky with a defective hat...A well it happens!
