I first tried Provitalize, they were great but too expensive so I tried these...they work!!! No hot flashes and I generally feel better (no bloating).

I have been using this product for about six months now and it has helped me deal with menopausal symptoms such as bloating, irritability, and cravings, and most importantly, mental wellbeing. I have noticed a slight decrease in the severity of hot flushes as well.

I love this product even though the ingredients were changed. Or at least I believe they were. I swear Berberine was included but the most recent bottle its not. I feel a definite difference.

This product really works for me! I know because when I miss a dose for a few days, I start to feel the menopause symptoms intensify. When I take it regularly, I am more balanced and myself.

It didn’t help with my hot flashes.

Everybody is different... With the positive reviews I had hoped this might work as a more economical option to avoid the perimenopausal symptoms I am experiencing (hot flashes, interrupted sleep & night sweats), but this product is unfortunately a no-go for me. After taking it 2 months & letting my system adjust to this new supplement my night sweats & hot flashes are at an all time high, and my sleep is horrible. I cannot recommend this product & will be going back to my prior solution.

I rarely write reviews, but just had to for this product because it has made such an incredible difference for me. I've been taking this for just under 4 weeks and have just had 2 glorious hot-flash free nights! For several months prior to that, I was waking up in a pool of sweat multiple times per night and starting every day exhausted. I am incredibly grateful to have found this product. It may not work for everyone but if you're suffering through hot flashes/night sweats, this is definitely worth trying and I recommend giving it some time to work.

These probiotics cost less than half the price of a well-known competitor, and at one pill a day they last longer and they work just as well. I'm so glad I found them. I thought I had serious belly fat, but it turns out I just need a daily probiotic. I feel really good about buying these and taking them every day, and they don't cost a small fortune. Also going to try the magnesium pills for bedtime to replace the melatonin and Advil PM I always seem to need.
