Amazon should be ashamed to sell this product in the U.S!! This ended up costing us a fortune and lost time in our renovation. Our licensed plumber installed it, per the very broken English instructions provided. The product was so poorly made, instantly having multiple leaks, which caused damage to the downstairs ceiling below the tub. I sent a video of the leak from the tub spout to seller and they did send us a new one. However it too leaked! This product SHOULD NOT be sold in the U.S: it's 1/4 inch fittings do not work with our 1/2 inch standard fittings, it can not withstand our standard water pressure (80psi or less) This is a very CHEAP knock off of a Delta or Kohler. Amazon should do a better job screening products they sell not made in U.S! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

Very sleek looking shower. Difficult to install due to European configuration, faucet has weak water flow due to its sleek design. I like it a lot, just wish the faucet worked better (it might be a matter of a really good plumber though)

The unit is made beautifully in terms of materials and looks, however, the instructions that came with the unit were not even for this unit at all. This caused the plumber to have to figure everything out manually, which ended up costing us 3x more to get it installed. The valve had no way to even mount it to the wall so the plumber had to basically make a contraption to hold it in place - The parts are also not standard sized parts for the sprayer hose, etc. I personally would stay away from this item and look for something better that is more standard, and has the correct instructions in the box. If this does end up going bad, we will likely have to redo our entire bath again, because I'm sure there will be no way to get parts.
