My Xbox One X was starting to sound like a jet. I opened it and gave it a clean with a brush. I already had some Arctic MX2 lying around. I that used that along with this. It was just enough to do the console. Even after hours of gameplay, the fan barely ramps up so I'm guessing these and the Arctic thermal paste are excellent. 5*

good value for money

I used these thermal pads to upgrade my RTX 3080 graphics card. They work really well for heat dissipation. However, I'm giving them 4 stars because cutting them to fit precisely was a bit challenging. Overall, they do the job effectively once installed properly.

Best pads to replace your old hest pads on your console or laptop

I needed a thermal pad for re-paste of my laptop pc. It requires paste on the CPU and discreet GPU but needs a small 1mm thick thermal pad for a third chip (I think it's PCH), but this thermal pad is not like a normal thermal pad, it's more like a sheet of putty, and because there is no squish (like a normal pad) its too thick and stops the next to it CPU making proper contact with the combined heatsink.I'm sure it would be fine if you just wanted to use only the pad instead of paste (where appropriate), but it's not great for use in combination where you need the pad to have some squish.I'll keep hold of it as I might find another use for it somewhere down the line.
