High quality bits and racheting mechanism
Excellent bit holding screwdriver with great fit and finish. Expected high quality from Hazet and got it.

Best ratcheting mechanism, regardless of brand!
High quality driver and bits. You can feel the craftsmanship. Truly silent, zero backdrag ratcheting mechanism. If you ever needed to use a screwdriver in a library, this would be the one.

Made in ?
It has a huge handle so it may not work for some. The ratchet is different than others as it's smooth and nearly silent. No idea where it's made.

Massive handle, heavy, unbalanced, and inconsistent gearing...
It's an excellent screwdriver, and it has the best bit storage of any I've seen; The included extension shaft has very little wobble and a strong magnet, and the included bits are pretty good, as well. The ratcheting mechanism is also very good; it really does work well on loose screws. However, it does feel a bit inconsistent; At low friction, it likes to jump back and forth out of engagement and when using it at high torque, the directional selector somehow engages itself and switches the ratcheting direction. 90% of the time, there's no issues, but it is a bit jarring when it does hiccup like that. The handle is quite uncomfortable for someone with small hands, though. It's really wide, and the direction selector's tiny size and distance from the base makes it impossible to engage when wielding one-handed, which is frustrating.Ultimately, I switched back to the William's; It's 75% as good at low-torque ratcheting, and the handle is a lot more comfortable. The bit situation is absolutely abysmal in comparison, though....
