Dead Battery, Used Trimmer
Item reached Bengaluru on 21-Sep-2023 from Surat (Gujarat) it was a used item with hairs of previous use stuck on the trimmer blades, on measuring the Battery voltage it showed 0 volts, it was a dead battery, impossible to charge.The packaging was feeble.Overall a disgusting experience so instead of asking for a replacement I returned the item on 22-Sep-2023

i have used other brands three trimmer in past which is made by plastick,easily can break,but this is the product what i want, no worry to damage or break

Not working
Purchased 2 month ago. Used 4 or 5 times. Now not working. Even don't understand how to charge battery. Because there is no marks of +/- on battery. Tried charge battery both the side around 2 hrs each. Still not working. Don't know where is fault. Don't buy. Not easy to use. Bad appearance.
