We needed a replacement mat for our tub. We had one that had the little suction cups like octopus tentacles and it was all just rubber all over and nothing unique about it. In fact, aside from sticking to the tub, the top aspect that you actually step on had minimal protection against slipping because it seemed like you could skip on the pad itself regardless. It also would pool water under it and water would sit under the little tentacles that would not always stick and it just got slippery and became more unsafe to use it than to just throw it out completely! So, we bought this one as a replacement. And let me just say, this bath mat exceeds our expectations. The quality exceeds the price point. It's superior and wonderful quality. For about 10 bucks, I got a mat that exceeded in quality my previous more expensive one, and it actually serves the purpose it was bought for. It also looks very nice in the bath (we got the grey color because we don't want various body washes or hair treatments some of us use to cause obvious and weird discolorations possibly on a white or beige one) and it also stands and doesn't move despite not having the little octopus suction cups that our previous one had like 30 of but failed to still maintain its place .... And it feels AMAZING and cushiony on your feet. As someone previously mentioned, you can almost use it to give your feet a gentle scrape and massage in the shower like you'd receive getting a pedicure.... Though I haven't used it for this purpose, i can see it serving this purpose as well. Overall, it feels like luxury quality, it stands in place, and it is so soft and drains well. If I did not know what I bought it for and someone asked me how much I thought this mat cost after trying it, I'd say it feels and looks like a 35-45 dollar bath mat you'd find at like bed, bath, and beyond or elsewhere. IF YOU ARE IN DOUBT, BUY IT, DON'T HESITATE. IT'S GREAT AND AT THIS PRICE POINT IT'S SUCH A STEAL!!I got the smallest one because I have a traditional tub and where I primarily stand to shower is a relatively small, confined space and I don't do splits in the tub or crazy moves where I needed it to cover from faucet to back wall of the tub lengthwise. So the smallest size was perfect size for me!I don't write many long reviews but I feel this product deserves it!

This is by far the best shower mat we have ever owned. It cleans easily (you can actually wring out the water), feels great under your feet and doesn’t acquire slim. Most important, it has a shag surface and a secure bottom so you never slip on it. I highly recommend this product.

The mat does not slip in my shower. That's good . And I found it very comfortable to step on. My one criticism is that it is not sufficiently porous. The water pools around the mat which is directly over the drain in my shower. My drain is in the center of the shower where I stand. If your drain is at the end of the shower and the mat doesn't cover it, it should drain adequately.UPDATE: Nov. 19. I changed my mind. I have used this for about a week now. I now like this and recommend it. I does not slip. It is also comfortable to the soles of my feet. It does slow drainage a little if place over the drain. (my drain is in the center of the shower where I stand and where the mat is placed.) However, the standing water is not an issue. Perhaps 1/8 to 1/4 of an inch at most. I have become used to it and find it is not an issue. I tried another mat made of vinyl with suction cups on the bottom. It was good but once the soap got onto the top surface, it became dangerously slippery. I prefer this shower mat.

Much different than our last bath mat, for the better. I love no suction cups and it still stays in place. Easy to clean and dry, easy on the feet!

I was surprised about how comfortable this mat feels. When I finish showering I run water through to get the soap out and then I lean it on the bathtub to dry it out. Once in the shower floor it doesn't move one bit which makes it very safe. I picked the white color and it looks great on my white tub. I highly recommend this.

It is great feeling on the feet. None skid. Water flows thru the mat. Great product

This mat lies flat and drains quickly. The surface is like a rough but giving road surface perfect to prevent falls. I was glad it was not deep or squished. No smells after a month or so. Rinses with common bath cleaner. I don’t hang it up. I’m happy

I like that this mat acts as a scrubber for your feet and does not slip but it retains water. I am concerned about mold so I cut a piece of hard plastic tubing to fit across the top of my tub and hang the mat over it every night to drain the water off.

El piso de mi regadera es de mosaico, por lo tanto es un poco irregular. Nunca funcionaron los tapetes de ventosas. Hace dos años compré este tapete y funcionó a la perfección. Lo uso todos los días y al terminar de bañarme lo dejo colgando de un toallero que puse en la regadera. Se seca en unas cuantas horas. No guarda olores no hongos. Hasta ahora lo voy a sustituir. Es suave al tacto y brinda mucha seguridad a una persona de 60 años como yo que tiene problemas con las rodillas y los tobillos.

This bath mat surprised me. It is better than I anticipated. My old one seemed to trap dirt around the suction cups. This one does not have suction cups but stays where you put it in the tub and is clean underneath. It is also comfortable to stand on, more so than on plastic mats! I recommend this to anyone who needs a new mat!

Matte passt und ist rutschfest. Feuchtigkeit bleibt in der Matte… Zum trocknen lasse ich sie kurz abtropfen und sorge sie dann ein bisschen schräg an die Duschwand.
