Easy to take.

I genetaly do not like one a day vitamins, because they go right through me undigested. These break down in a glass of water completely.

These vitamins might be good for me, but I can't tell since I have a hard time swallowing these. I would have to bite it in half, but then the pill is pretty hard to bite as well. Then it doesn't taste good when you break it apart and then you have the issue with the sharp edges. I only bought these bc they don't have sugar like the gummies and it's cheaper, but I find myself avoiding taking my vitamins. They should make these into capsules so that they slide down better.

These have great ingredients and have all the things I need. Obviously the taste isn't the best BUT they still give me energy and I feel like they help with the things i'm needing in a vitamin.

Like that they are healthier grade and cost effective. The aftertaste is a little strong. You have to chase it down with liquid afterwards.

The tablets too large, making them hard to swallow. I would have appreciated it if the seller would have noted that in the details of this product before my purchase.

It’s been two weeks since I’ve started taking these, and there were some immediate and noticeable things. I haven’t taken any vitamins for years, thinking my diet could handle everything, but that apparently wasn’t the case. Since taking these, I realised I may be either borderline or outright anemic. This has managed to give me what I have been sorely lacking, and I am thankful. I’m no longer lethargic, wanting to take naps everyday, and just not having any energy. These have helped re-regulate my GI tract. I’m sleeping normally. My mood has certainly improved. I should have started taking these years ago. I blame my own ignorance.
