Work perfectly, good results.
Having done a day course at the Raymond Blanc cookery school I was inspired to go all chefie and add a bit of pizazz to the dishes I cook. Once I mastered the recipe for the filling and got the timing right the moulds produced some wonderful results. They are easy to use and clean.
